Think 21 and who's in the shop
As part of the Think 21 initiative all of our shop teams need to be aware of who is in the shop at all times. They'll check the ID anyone who doesn't look 21 to ensure we comply with the Gambling Commission regulations. Of course, this can occasionally be slightly awkward, but all staff receive extensive training on how to approach customers and get the best out of every interaction with them. They're trained to approach everything with confidence, personality and professionalism.
