All pages have a menu that is accessible by using the Tab key and are Tab indexed so each menu item follows the previous using the Tab key method.
This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. This site uses relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.

From the top menu bar, select View and point to Text size

Increase text size: Hold down the CTRL key and press +
Decrease text size: Hold down the CTRL key and press -
Mac / all browsers
Increase text size: Hold down the Command key and press +
Decrease text size: Hold down the Command key and press -
Text size can also be determined with your own stylesheet by configuring your browser settings appropriately. If you are using the Internet Explorer for Windows browser, select the 'Tools' menu, then 'Internet Options'. The 'Accessibility' tab has an option for selecting your own stylesheet to use. The 'Safari' browser for Apple Mac permits you to choose your own stylesheet by selecting 'Preferences' from the 'Safari' menu, selecting the 'Advanced' tab, and altering the 'Style Sheet' property.
